Assembly Bill 987 (AB 987), which became effective on January 1, 2008, requires all California redevelopment agencies to maintain and publish a database of new and existing affordable housing units that were developed or otherwise assisted with Low- and Moderate-Income Housing Funds. 

In accordance with the requirements of AB 987, the following databases are posted below for public review.  Please note: this is NOT a listing of available housing in the City of West Covina.  Please do not contact or disturb the owners or tenants of these units.  This list is updated once annually, and is only intended to comply with the requirements of AB 987.
