The U.S. Department of State now requires that the customer supply a photocopy of their identification at the time of passport application acceptance.

The City Clerk’s Office is not responsible for providing photocopies for passport applicants. As a courtesy, the City Clerk’s Office offers Photocopy Services for $0.25 per page.

If international departure is in less than two weeks or passport is needed for foreign visas, it is advised that you apply at a Regional Passport Agency; an appointment is required. To schedule an appointment click here.
