CITRUS PLAZA - APPROVAL OF SECOND AMENDMENT TO PROPERTY MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT (THE MCINTYRE COMPANY)
The Redevelopment Agency Board shall consider the approval of a Second Amendment to Property Management Agreement with the McIntyre Company for property management and leasing services of Citrus Plaza and providing for various rights and opportunities for the development of the Citrus/Workman site. It is recommended that the Agency Board approve the Second Amendment to the Property Management Agreement.
