APPROVAL OF PURCHASE AGREEMENT - 2504 E. WORKMAN (EASTLAND THEATER) AND 1440 WEST COVINA PARKWAY (WESCOVE THEATER)
The Redevelopment Agency Board shall consider the approval of a Purchase Agreement with Fremont Investment and Loan to acquire Eastland and Wescove theaters for $1,250,000 and authorize the Executive Director to execute the Purchase Agreement. It is recommended that the Agency Board approve a Purchase Agreement with Fremont Investment and Loan to acquire the Eastland and Wescove Theaters for $1,250,000 and authorize the Executive Director to execute the Purchase Agreement and all necessary documents hereto.
