I. PUBLIC HEARING
Hearings before the Redevelopment Agency Board are routinely set for 7:00 P.M. There may be reasonable limitations placed on the time for oral testimony at public hearings. Speakers should be prepared to submit additional comments beyond the time limit in writing to the Agency Secretary/City Clerk at or before the time set for the public hearing.
PUBLIC HEARING - ADOPT A RESOLUTION APPROVING A LEASE AGREEMENT WITH BARBARA LOPEZ AND JANO MELKONIAN, DBA GIOVANNI'S SUIT OUTLET
The Redevelopment Agency Board is requested to conduct a public hearing pursuant to Section 33431 of the California Redevelopment Law and adopt the attached Resolution approving a Lease Agreement with Barbara Lopez and Jano Melkonian, dba Giovanni's Suit Outlet (205 North Citrus Avenue, Suite B).

A. HOUSING SET-ASIDE TAX ALLOCATION REVENUE BONDS, SERIES 2001 (Refer to City Council Agenda Item No. C-6g and Public Financing Agenda Item No. II)
The Agency Board shall consider approval of a resolution authorizing the Redevelopment Agency to issue Low and Moderate Income Housing Fund Tax Allocation Revenue Bonds. It is recommended that the Agency Board adopt the following resolution:
RESOLUTION NO. ___ - A RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF WEST COVINA AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE ISSUANCE, SALE AND DELIVERY OF THE AGENCY'S HOUSING SET-ASIDE TAX ALLOCATION REVENUE BONDS, SERIES 2001, APPROVING THE EXECUTION AND DELIVERY OF AN INDENTURE OF TRUST, A CONTINUING DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT, A BOND PURCHASE AGREEMENT AND OTHER RELATED DOCUMENTS, APPROVING THE FORM OF A PRELIMINARY OFFICIAL STATEMENT, AND AUTHORIZING CERTAIN OTHER ACTIONS IN CONNECTION THEREWITH

BIG LEAGUE DREAMS SPORTS PARK PROJECT
The Redevelopment Agency Board shall consider an Exclusive Negotiating Agreement with Big League Dreams for the purpose of developing a Big League Dreams Sports Park facility within the City of West Covina. It is recommended that the Agency Board/City Council take the following actions:
- Approve the transfer of $300,000 from 876-320-5510-6457 to 876-320-5540-6120;
- Approve the transfer of $90,000 from 876-320-5510-6117 to 876-320-5540-6120;
- Approve the transfer of $30,000 from 876-320-5510-6454 to 876-320-5540-6120;
- And direct Agency Counsel to prepare an ENA with BLD and authorize the Executive Director to execute the ENA and all documents thereto.
