RESOLUTION OF NECESSITY HEARING FOR PUBLIC CONDEMNATION OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY IN THE WEST COVINA REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT AREA - (SCOFIELD PROPERTIES - APN'S: 8453-015-024, 8453-015-025, AND 8453-015-026)
The Redevelopment Agency Board shall consider adopting a Resolution of Necessity for public condemnation of the subject properties. It is recommended that the Redevelopment Agency Board approve the following:
1. Adopt the following resolution:
RESOLUTION NO. _______ - A RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF WEST COVINA FINDING AND DETERMINING THE PUBLIC INTEREST AND NECESSITY FOR ACQUIRING AND AUTHORIZING THE CONDEMNATION OF CERTAIN INTERESTS IN CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY LOCATED WITHIN THE WEST COVINA REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT AREA
AND
2. Authorizing staff to finalize the appropriate acquisition strategy as directed by the Agency Board and further authorizing the Executive Director to take all necessary steps and execute all documents consistent with Agency Board direction.
