STREET MARKET FAIR PROGRAM
The Redevelopment Agency Board shall consider approval of the proposed West Covina Street Market Fair Program and authorize staff to pursue establishing the proposed West Covina Street Market Fair. It is recommended that the Agency Board select Option 3, which approves the proposed West Covina Street Market Fair Program and authorizes the Executive Director to negotiate and execute a Consulting Agreement with Family Festival as the operator.
