WEST COVINA COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION
February 17, 2004
Chairman Herfert called to order the regular meeting of the Community Development Commission at 8:32 pm in the City Hall Council Chambers, 1444 W. Garvey Avenue, West Covina.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES The minutes of the special meeting of February 3, 2004 were approved as presented.
CONSENT CALENDAR Treasurer’s Report (receive & file)
Report for the month of December 2003.
CONSENT CALENDAR ACTION Motion by Miller and seconded by Hernandez to approve the item listed. Motion carried by roll call vote:

ADJOURNMENT Motion by Miller and seconded by Hernandez to adjourn the meeting at 8:33 pm. Motion carried 5-0.
