Chairman Miller called to order the regular meeting of the Community Development Commission at 10:11 pm in the City Hall Council Chambers, 1444 W. Garvey Avenue, West Covina.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES The following sets of minutes were approved as presented:

CONSENT CALENDAR Treasurer’s Report for the month of April, 2004
Recommendation is to receive and file the report.
Consent Calendar Action Motion by Wong and seconded by Herfert to approve the item on the Consent Calendar. Motion carried by roll call vote:

ADJOURNMENT Motion by Herfert and seconded by Wong to adjourn the meeting at 10:12 pm. Motion carried 5-0.
