I. CONSENT CALENDAR
All items listed under the consent calendar may be enacted by a single motion without separate discussion. If, however, discussion or a separate vote on any item is desired by a Commission member, that item may be removed from the Consent Calendar and considered separately.
A. WEST COVINA CHAMBER OF COMMERCE - CONTRACT FOR FISCAL YEAR 2004-05
It is recommended that the Community Development Commission approve the One-Year Funding Contract with the West Covina Chamber of Commerce in the amount of $50,000 from Account Number 876.22.2230.6431 and authorize the Executive Director to execute the Contract.

B. DELLAN 1 EXCLUSIVE NEGOTIATING AGREEMENT)
It is recommended that the Community Development Commission approve an Exclusive Negotiating Agreement with Dellan 1 Corporation for the potential development of an approximate 85-room hotel and conference center on a 2.1-acre site.
