SPECIAL MEETING OF THE
WEST COVINA COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION
JULY 27, 2004
Chairman Miller called to order the special meeting of the West Covina Community Development Commission at 6:04 pm in the City Manager’s Conference Room at City Hall, 1444 W. Garvey Avenue, West Covina.
ROLL CALL Chairman Miller, Vice Chairman Sanderson,
Commissioners Herfert, Hernandez, Wong
Others Present: Pasmant, Alvarez-Glasman, Chung, Lee, Semblantes
PUBLIC COMMENT ON ITEMS ON THE AGENDA
Mr. Arman Gabay stated that he is interested in developing the K-Mart site and is willing to front the City $12.5 million to purchase the site.
CLOSED SESSION Chairman Miller commenced the closed session at 6:08 pm to consider the following matter:
CONFERENCE WITH REAL PROPERTY NEGOTIATORS

Under Negotiation: Both price and terms of payment
The closed session concluded at 6:43 pm.
ADJOURNMENT Chairman Miller adjourned the meeting at 6:43 pm.
