- SUPER LINCOLN MERCURY OF WEST COVINA, INC. EXCLUSIVE NEGOTIATING AGREEMENT
It is recommended that the Community Development Commission approve an Exclusive Negotiating Agreement with Super Lincoln Mercury of West Covina, Inc. for the potential expansion of the existing automobile dealership.
- CHARLES COMPANY EXCLUSIVE NEGOTIATING AGREEMENT
It is recommended that the Community Development Commission approve an Exclusive Negotiating Agreement with Charles Company for the potential development of a Class-A office development on a 2.8-acre site.
