SPECIAL MEETING OF THE
COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION
November 16, 2004
Chairman Miller called to order the special meeting of the West Covina Community Development Commission at 6:50 pm in the City Manager’s Conference Room at City Hall, 1444 W. Garvey Avenue, West Covina.

Recess Chairman Miller stated that the meeting would have to be recessed at this time to conduct the regularly scheduled City Council and CDC meetings at 7:00 pm. The CDC reconvened at 12:05 am to discuss the following agendized items:
CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL —
EXISTING LITIGATION
Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(b)(1) and (b)(3)(C), one matter regarding exposure to litigation will be discussed: Claim filed by Westfield America, Inc. relating to Parcel D of the Eastland Shopping Center.
CONFERENCE WITH REAL PROPERTY NEGOTIATORS
