B. WEST COVINA SPORTSPLEX PROJECT
It is recommended that the Community Development Commission Board authorize the Executive Director to execute an agreement for a not-to-exceed amount of $108,500 to Geomatrix Consultants, Inc. from the CDC Fund Balance to conduct Environmental Site Assessment at the 100-acre portion of the West Covina Sportsplex site (CDC Property).
