SPECIAL MEETING OF THE
COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION
March 7, 2005
Chairman Miller called to order the special meeting of the West Covina Community Development Commission at 7:35 p.m. in the City Manager’s Conference Room at City Hall, 1444 W. Garvey Avenue, West Covina. Meeting was held concurrent with the City Council special meeting.
ROLL CALL Present: Chairman Miller, Vice Chairman Sanderson,
Councilmembers Herfert, Hernandez and Wong
Others Present: Pasmant, Alvarez-Glasman, Chung, Lee

No public comments offered.
CLOSED SESSION Chairman Miller commenced the closed session at 7:40 p.m. to discuss the following matter:
CONFERENCE WITH REAL PROPERTY NEGOTIATORS
Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.8
Property: Northeast quadrant of Amar Road/Azusa Avenue
Parcel 1 of Parcel Map 24585
Agency Negotiators: Pasmant, Alvarez-Glasman, Chung, Lee
Negotiating Parties: West Covina Heights, S.C., LLC
Under Negotiation: Both price and terms of sale
ADJOURNMENT Chairman Miller adjourned the meeting at 9:10 p.m.
