REGULAR MEETING OF THE
WEST COVINA COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION
June 21, 2005
Chairman Sanderson called to order the regular meeting of the Community Development Commission at 9:06 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers, 1444 W. Garvey Avenue, West Covina.

Commissioners: Herfert, Hernandez, Miller

CONSENT CALENDAR City Loan for the West Covina Redevelopment Project Area
I-A Recommendation that the Community Development Commission approve the following resolution:
Resolution No. 580 RESOLUTION NO. 580 — A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF
RDA Project Area WEST COVINA COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION REQUESTING A LOAN FROM THE CITY OF WEST COVINA FOR PROJECT EXPENSES FOR THE WEST COVINA REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT AREA
City Loan for the West Covina Citywide Project Area
I-B Recommendation that the Community Development Commission approve the following resolution:

CONSENT CALENDAR ACTION Motion by Miller and seconded by Hernandez to approve all Consent Calendar items. Motion carried 5-0.
ADJOURNMENT Motion by Miller and seconded by Herfert to adjourn the meeting at 9:02 p.m. Motion carried 5-0.
