Vice Chairman Wong called to order the special meeting of the West Covina Community Development Commission at 6:11 p.m. in the City Manager’s Conference Room at City Hall, 1444 W. Garvey Avenue, West Covina.

CLOSED SESSION Vice Chairman Wong commenced the closed session at 6:15 p.m. to discuss the following matter:

Chairman Sanderson called to order the regular meeting of the Community Development Commission at 9:37 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers, 1444 W. Garvey Avenue, West Covina.

CONSENT CALENDAR Treasurers Report for the Month of June 2005
Recommendation is to receive and file the report of cash balances and investments for June 2005.
CONSENT CALENDAR ACTION Motion by Wong and seconded by Herfert to approve the foregoing Consent Calendar item. Motion carried 5-0.
ADJOURNMENT Motion by Hernandez and seconded by Miller to adjourn the meeting at 9:38 pm. Motion carried 5-0.
