SPECIAL MEETING OF THE
COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION
December 8, 2005
Chairman Sanderson called to order the special meeting of the West Covina Community Development Commission at 7:05 p.m. in Cameron Community Center at 1305 East Cameron Avenue, West Covina.
ROLL CALL Present: Chairman Sanderson, Commissioners Herfert, Hernandez and Lane
Absent: Commissioner Touhey
Others Present: Pasmant, Alvarez-Glasman, Chung, Lee
PUBLIC COMMENT ON ITEMS ON THE AGENDA
Linda Lowry, a representative from McIntyre Company, addressed the Commission.
CLOSED SESSION Chairman Sanderson commenced the closed session at 7:10 p.m. to discuss the following matter:
CONFERENCE WITH REAL PROPERTY NEGOTIATORS
Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.8
Property: 2530 East Workman Avenue
Agency Negotiators: Pasmant, Alvarez-Glasman, Chung, Lee
Negotiating Parties: McIntyre Company
Under Negotiation: Both price and terms of sale
REPORTING OUT FROM CLOSED SESSION
General Counsel Alvarez-Glasman reported the following:
The special meeting commenced at 7:05 p.m. Prior to recessing into closed session, all items on the Community Development Commission agenda were announced for inclusion in the closed session discussion. The record should reflect that Commissioner Touhey was absent.
Conference with Real Property Negotiators: 2530 East Workman Avenue - Briefing was provided to the Commission, direction was given, no final action and nothing further to report.
ADJOURNMENT Motion by Herfert and seconded by Hernandez to adjourn the special meeting at 8:47 pm.
