I. CONSENT CALENDAR
All items listed under the consent calendar may be enacted by a single motion without separate discussion. If, however, discussion or a separate vote on any item is desired by a Commission member, that item may be removed from the Consent Calendar and considered separately.
A. LEASE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF WEST COVINA AND WEST COVINA COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION (COMMUNICATIONS TOWER ON WEST COVINA SPORTSPLEX SITE)
It is recommended that the Community Development Commission approve the attached proposed Communications Site Master Lease Agreement ("Master Lease") to allow the City to lease the communications tower and adjacent property from the Community Development Commission for the purpose of subletting space on said tower for telecommunications and other compatible purposes. It is further recommended that Community Development Commission authorize the Executive Director to execute the Master Lease.
