III) BUDGET OVERVIEW STUDY SESSION
The purpose of the budget overview study session is two-fold. First, a presentation will brief the City Council on the status of the General Fund operating budget (draft revenues and expenditures), focusing on the General Fund bottom-line status without line-item detail or program detail. The second, and most important purpose is to receive City Council input and direction prior to printing the "Preliminary FY 2001/2002 Budget".
