The City Manager will present an overview of the City's projected budget revenue and expenditures for FY 2002/2003. In addition, Department Heads from the Police, Fire, Communications, City Clerk's Office, Public Works and Environmental Management departments will present their proposed FY 2002/2003 Budgets.
