OF THE
WEST COVINA CITY COUNCIL
NOTICE IS HERBY GIVEN that the West Covina City Council will hold a special meeting Tuesday, December 10, 2002 at 6:00 p.m. at City Hall, 1444 W. Garvey Avenue, West Covina, California.
The purpose of the special meeting is as follows:
- At 6:00 p.m. the City Council will conduct a closed session in the City Manager's Conference Room to discuss the following matter.
CONFERENCE WITH REAL PROPERTY NEGOTIATORS
Pursuant to Government Code § 54956.8
Property: Valley Boulevard/Nogales Street vicinity
Agency Negotiators: Pasmant, Alvarez-Glasman, Yauchzee
Negotiating Parties: Ace Construction Authority
Under Negotiation: Price and/or terms of payment
- Immediately following the closed session the City Council will meet in the Management Resource Center, Room 314, on the Third Floor to discuss the Alameda Corridor-East Construction project located at Nogales Avenue and Valley Boulevard.

Alameda Corridor-East Construction Authority has Requested a Grant of Easement for Utility Purposes in Favor of Santa Fe Pipeline Partners (SFPP) (Nogales Avenue and Valley Boulevard)
It is recommended that the City Council provide direction to staff by selecting one of the three alternatives following a closed session discussion.
