That parking along Giano Street from Wednesday Drive to the southerly City limits be restricted to 15 minutes on school days from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Install temporary directional signage adjacent to Westfield Shoppingtown West Covina.

Traffic Committee Recommendations:
That temporary directional signage be installed at various locations on streets adjacent to the Westfield Shoppingtown West Covina.

That electronic message boards be placed on the east and westbound approaches of the San Bernardino Freeway (I-10).

That most northerly driveway access for the parcel located at the southeast corner of California Avenue and Plaza Drive be temporarily closed during the holiday period.

That temporary signage directing drivers to top level of parking structure be installed by Westfield Shoppingtown West Covina.

That freeway directional signs be enhanced.

That the effectiveness of the installed traffic control devices be reviewed and the flashing beacons be removed on Pacific Avenue.
