HOUSING ELEMENT UPDATE
APPLICANT: CITY OF WEST COVINA
LOCATION: CITY WIDE

It is recommended that the Planning Commission provide direction to staff regarding the appropriateness of potential strategies to fulfill the requirements to provide sufficient zoning capacity within the City to accommodate the City's allocation of housing units under the Regional Housing Needs Assessment (RHNA).

COMMUNITY ENHANCEMENT VOLUNTEER PROGRAM

Chairman Tarozzi requested that an item be agendized to discuss the possibility of establishing a program to involve local community organizations and other groups in volunteering to undertake improvement projects to assist in the City community enhancement efforts.

AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT (ADA) ACCESS AND SIGN INTERPRETER ISSUES FOR PLANNING COMMISSION MEETINGS
