REQUEST: The project consists of a proposal to construct four single-family detached residential units on a 33,566-square foot lot located at the northeast corner of Holt Avenue and Temple Way. In order to facilitate the development of the site, following approvals are required:

REQUEST: The project consists of revisions to the approved site plan for the Bu Sha Buddhist Center (formerly known as Buta Buddhist Center). The revision is necessary as a portion of the property was taken through eminent domain in conjunction with the Alameda Corridor East (ACE) project and will be used as a drive access to the shopping center to the south (on Valley Boulevard). Currently an office building is under construction on the property. The building permit for the construction of the new building was issued based on Precise Plan No. 663, Revision 3, which included two structures and 48 parking spaces. The current proposal includes one structure and 40 parking spaces. The applicant is also requesting a variance to reduce the required yard requirements when a commercial project is adjacent to residential property.
