West Covina's licensed Day Care programs provide a stimulating, safe and family nurturing environment before and after school. Our program is designed to promote physical, emotional and social well being for your child. In addition, we believe that the children in our care will develop a positive confident concept of themselves as worthwhile individuals and as able learners. Participants enjoy recreational activities, snacks, homework time, arts, crafts, and off-site excursions. It is recommended that children enroll at the on-site facility. The City of West Covina's Day Care Programs serve children in grades
Kindergarten thru 5th grade and are open
Monday through Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., excluding City-observed holidays.

Fees are due on Friday for the upcoming week or weeks. Monday until 6:00 p.m. is given as a grace period. On Tuesday, in addition to your tuition, there will be a $10.00 late payment fee. Cash, checks, and money orders are accepted. Please make payments payable to THE CITY OF WEST COVINA. Parents are advised that their payments must be current in order to keep your child/ren in the program. If weekly tuition becomes delinquent more than 7 days, your child/ren will be dropped from the program.
