Quan Tran, West Covina Resident REVIEW TRAFFIC CONTROL DEVICES ON HILLSIDE DRIVE BETWEEN ALPINE DRIVE AND ROLLING HILLS DRIVE. SUMMARY:
The primary concern of the resident is the excessive speed of vehicles that travel along Hillside Drive. It has been determined that the critical speed of the vehicles traveling on Hillside Drive is 37 miles per hour and it is not considered excessive. STAFF RECOMMENDATIONS: THAT ADVANCE CURVE WARNING SIGNS (W1-5) BE INSTALLED ON HILLSIDE DRIVE BETWEEN ALPINE DRIVE AND ROLLING HILLS DRIVE.
THAT SPEED LIMIT SIGNS WITH RADAR ENFORCED PLATE BE INSTALLED ON HILLSIDE DRIVE EAST OF HOLLENCREST DRIVE AND WEST OF ROLLING HILLS DRIVE.
