What is Campaign Finance Reporting? 

Pursuant to Government Code Section 81000, also known as the California Political Reform Act, candidates and committees are required to file campaign disclosure statements which provide detailed accounting information on money spent or contributions received in support or opposition of a candidate, campaign, or measure. 

The City Clerk’s Office is the official filing officer for campaign disclosure statements related to elections for the West Covina City Council, Candidate Controlled Committees, General Purpose Committees and local City ballot and initiative measures.

To view reports related to a specific Councilmember or Committee, please click on the appropriate link below.  The following campaign disclosure reports are for the filing period covered from January 1, 2017 through June 30, 2017.  For reports before this time period, please contact the City Clerk's Office at (626) 939-8433 or via e-mail at in order to obtain copies of past reports.
