The City of West Covina is currently developing an Active Transportation Master Plan (also known as a Pedestrian and Bike Plan), to identify and prioritize existing pedestrian, bicycle, and other non-automobile transportation issues affecting West Covina.  The Active Transportation Master Plan will also propose a set of recommendations to improve pedestrian and bicycle safety throughout the City.
