The City of West Covina is currently developing an Active Transportation Master Plan (also known as a Pedestrian and Bike Plan), to identify and prioritize existing pedestrian, bicycle, and other non-automobile transportation issues affecting West Covina.  The Active Transportation Master Plan will also propose a set of recommendations to improve pedestrian and bicycle safety throughout the City.

As the Master Plan is developed, this page will include links to learn about opportunities for involvement, recent project activity, and to review project documents and other related resources.
