At the December 5, 2017, City Council meeting, the City Council adopted Ordinance No. 2328 implementing By-District Elections utilizing Public Plan Map 120 and setting the election sequencing for the City Council elections in November 2018 (Districts 2, 4, and 5) and November 2020 (Districts 1 and 3).

There were 20 maps submitted by members of the community and 3 maps created by the demographic consultants.  The maps are labeled 101-120 for the maps submitted by members of the public and labeled Green, Purple, Yellow for maps submitted by the demographic consultants.

You can review all of the plans in the web viewer below:

NOTE: Five of the maps submitted by the public had issues that have led the demographic consultants to recommend the City Council not proceed further with those maps. They are Maps 102, 103, 104, 107, and 118.  These maps either do not have contiguous districts or exceed the maximum 10% population deviation between the districts.

Alternatively, you can view each map in a PDF format.
