The City of West Covina is excited to announce the Sportsplex & Independence Day Celebration event will be held  Saturday, July 3rd.

Festivities will include Family Fun zone with games, Bubble Show, Kids Parade with winners, chalk art, dunk tank, a softball game with the City Council and live music by Smokin Cobras Band.  There will be something for everyone!

The first 100 guests will receive a giveaway!!!

Event Details:

Time: 4:00 pm - 9:00 pm  (Cars will allowed starting at 3:30 pm)

Location: 2100 S. Azusa Avenue

Free / No Pre-registration required

Event Schedule:

• 4:00 pm - Ribbon Cutting Ceremony by Front Gate 
• 4:30 pm - Kids Parade  (see details below)
• 5:15 pm - City Council Softball Game
• 6:00 pm - Live Music by Smokin Cobras Band

Food and Drinks will be available for purchase from El Cholo and various food trucks.

Kids Parade - Decorate your wagons, strollers, bikes or scooters, City Council will announce winners at 5:00 pm and 5 prizes will be awarded to the most decorated entrees.

Make sure to bring your lawn chairs and blankets and your dancing shoes!!  No outside food or drinks will be permitted.
