The following is the process to submit permit applicants, plan-checks, schedule an in-person appointment, or schedule inspections.

Building Division:

  • Online (permit applications and plan-check resubmittals):

    1. The One Stop Building Permit Center is a single place for residence and developers to submit and coordinate projects and plan checks. Please submit all applications, plans, and supporting documents to the City’s One Stop Building Permit Center Portal by selecting the "Building Submittal" button below:

• In-person: To pay fees, process over the counter permits, or ask questions you can come into City Hall, room 215 on the 2^nd floor Monday through Thursday between 7:30am to 5:30pm
  
  If submitting a payment please come no later than 4:30pm to allow ample time to process
  
  

  All applications will be processed on a first come, first serve basis, as they are submitted.  Correspondences will be sent via the One Stop Building Permit Center and from the City Building Division staff directly.

    2. Once you receive email from engineering with a permit # and fees
    3. Pay the fees online: Online Payments

  • In-Person Appointment:  We are accepting walk-ins. Appointments are not necessary. You may contact individual planners to schedule an appointment at (626) 939-8422. 
    • Planning Counter is open from 8:00 am - 5:30 pm 

  *Schedule an in-person appointment for application submittals, to discuss potential projects, to obtain  information on zoning issues and any other planning related issues.
