Welcome to the Office of the City Clerk

The City Clerk is elected to office and is the custodian of the City seal. The City Clerk's Office is a main communication point between the community and the City by assisting the public in obtaining information in order to maintain the integrity of an open government. 

The Office is responsible for preparing the City Council agenda and minutes, maintains City documents and agreements and maintains the City's Municipal Code

The Office conducts City elections, administers Oaths of Office to elected officials and City Commissioners and assists with voter registration. For more information visit Election & Voter Information.
