Halloween Event Features Crafts, Costume Contest and Trick-or-Treating

Calling all ghouls, goblins and witches!

 Plaza West Covina and the City of West Covina invite the community to a FREE Spooktacular Halloween Event.

The Halloween celebration to include photos, crafts, costume contest and trick-or-treating for all participants.

City Council Members will Judge the costume contest and the City of West Covina to sponsor the trick-or-treat candy.

October 31 from 4pm – 7pm

4:00-7:00 – Halloween Photos, JCPenney Court

4:00-6:00 – Free Halloween Crafts, Center Court

5:00 – Trick or Treating at Mall Retailers and candy stations located throughout the mall distributed by West Covina Fire & Police Explorers.

6:00 – Spooktacular Costume Contest, Center Court
