The Citizens Academy offers members of the community an up close and personal look at how the West Covina Police Department operates.  Class members will observe all aspects of police operations including patrol, investigations, forensics, S.W.A.T., and K9 operations.

Classes are free and will be held every Thursday, from 6:00 - 8:30 p.m. for ten consecutive weeks, beginning February 4, 2016.
