The City of West Covina invites residents to attend the first of four Community Town Hall Meetings that will rotate around the City over the course of the next 12 months. These meetings will include updates about the City's General Plan as well as the opportunity to interact with your Service Area Lieutenant and learn about upcoming Community Service programs and events.
