The spirits are gathering for a FREE night of trick or treats on October 29, 2016 from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Galster Park, 1620 Aroma Drive. The City of West Covina will open the gates to Galster Park for one special spooky night and would like to invite goblins and monsters, young and old, to its annual Free Ghoster Park Halloween Carnival and Spooky Trail.  On this evening of chills and thrills there will be carnival style games, face painting, arts and crafts, a spooky trail hike and a costume contest where prizes will be awarded for categories such as scariest, funniest, and best look-a-like.  Come dressed up and be prepared to have a hauntingly good time.
