Low impact and easy on the joints exercise. This class is designed to maintain and improve your range of motion and flexibility. Warm up with chair exercise, move on to standing exercise then a little dance to increase endurance and circulation, finish with a cool down. Exercise lightens your mood and you’ll be glad you came!
