Management of cash flow is crucial when it comes to running a business. The City of West Covina and SCORE are hosting a “How to Know When your Cash Flow is Low” workshop on Thursday, February 23, 2017, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. in the West Covina Council Chambers (located at 1444 W. Garvey Avenue South, West Covina, CA 91790).
The workshop will be presented by Mr. Eddie Bader and Mr. Brian Iinuma. Mr. Bader, head of the Business Development for Company Built, Inc., an IT firm, started his career working as a Revenue Auditor at the Anaheim Disneyland Resort. He currently works with several different industries such as nonprofits, healthcare providers, and Department of Defense contractors. Mr. Iinuma is the President and co-founder of Strategic Group, Inc., a provider of IT services to small and mid-sized manufacturing and distribution companies. Mr. Iinuma has had over 25 years of experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), an integrated management software that allows businesses to run important processes such as financial and material planning. With their experience in the financial realm, they can help demonstrate to businesses on how to manage their cash flow.
Understanding your cash flow will help you make better financial decisions. Therefore, Mr. Bader and Mr. Iinuma’s presentations will cover how businesses can project their future cash flows, as well as identifying their cash flow needs. This workshop is a great opportunity for those who need better understanding on how to manage cash flow effectively, as it will cover the three types of financial statements, identify red-flags, and provide extra tools for your management toolbox.
