WEST COVINA, CA – Having a sales strategy can help a business increase sales and grow their organization. The City of West Covina and SCORE are hosting a “Overcoming Stalled Sales – How to Develop a Sales Strategy for Your Company” workshop on Thursday, March 30, 2017, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. in the West Covina Council Chambers (located at 1444 W. Garvey Avenue South, West Covina, CA 91790).
The workshop will be presented by Mr. Terry Chambless. Mr. Chambless, a SCORE Volunteer, has over 30 years of experience in sales and sales management. He has been responsible for managing large sales for organizations in both the industrial and financial industries. In addition, Mr. Chambless specializes in the use of strategic planning to accomplish key organizational objectives. With his experience in the sales, he can help demonstrate to businesses on how to craft, implement and manage sale strategy.
Mr. Chambless’s presentation will be a hands-on workshop that will engage the audience in an actual mock-up strategic planning session. The workshop will not be focusing on “how to sell,” but rather the workshop will be covering on how to target, position and organize your organization in a way that will increase your business sales and make your organization grow.
