WEST COVINA, CA –The City of West Covina and SCORE are hosting a free workshop for businesses on “Engagement Marketing to Make Every Customer Love You.” The workshop will be on Thursday, June 29, 2017, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. in the West Covina Council Chambers (located at 1444 W. Garvey Avenue South, West Covina, CA 91790).
The workshop will be presented by Mr. Mark Mikelat, a business growth expert, speaker, consultant, and an author. He has successfully consulted with corporations throughout the world in sales channel development, sales systems implementation, marketing strategy, social media marketing, and email marketing. Some of his clients include Microsoft, Coach Luxury Brand, Hewlett Packard, the Los Angeles School District, and many others. With his experience, Mr. Mikelat’s presentation will demonstrate how it’s more than just a sales pitch, but an engagement with your customers.
Mr. Mikelat will help business owners and entrepreneurs learn about techniques that will make their customers come back for their service and products time and time again. Attendees will have the opportunity to learn about strategies for marketing messages that are anticipated instead of ignored. They will also learn about strategies to connect, engage, and convert to keep growing with new customers and ways to prevent a marketing disaster.
