Dr. Nelson is Professor of Urban Planning and Real Estate Development at the University of Arizona in Tucson where he is also Associate Dean for Research. Dr. Nelson will share insights into the future of the metropolitan region by showing how economic, demographic, and preference changes are reshaping the housing market.
