Unveiling of Lance Corporal Ruben Velasco’s Gold Star Banner, Wednesday, September 20^th at 6 PM, on the lawn adjacent to West Covina Parkway between the LA County building and the West Covina Library.  We hope you can attend to honor one of West Covina’s fallen Marines.  You are encouraged to arrive early as the unveiling will take place promptly at 6 PM.
