The May 7th Community Budget Workshop has been added by the City of West Covina to provide residents the opportunity to learn the basics of municipal financing, including terminology, source of revenues, use of funds, what are special funds, capital investment projects, and much more. Specifics on the preliminary West Covina 2018-19 Fiscal Year Budget will not be discussed.
