The May 7^th Community Budget Workshop has been added by the City of West Covina to provide residents the opportunity to learn the basics of municipal financing, including terminology, source of revenues, use of funds, what are special funds, capital investment projects, and much more. Specifics on the preliminary West Covina 2018-19 Fiscal Year Budget will not be discussed. This meeting is intended to provide additional information before the May 14^th Preliminary Budget Presentation. Unable to attend in person?
