City of West Covina to Host Free Business Workshop on Leadership
WEST COVINA, CA –The City of West Covina and SCORE are hosting a “Not Your Average Leader” workshop on Thursday, June 27, 2019, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. in the West Covina Council Chambers (located at 1444 W. Garvey Avenue South, West Covina, CA 91790). Ms. Erica Arias will guide you to enhancing your leadership skills for your business.
The workshop will be presented by Ms. Erica Arias, Founder and CEO of Elysian Consulting, a leadership development and business culture improvement firm. Ms. Arias has over 15 years of experience in management. In addition, she brings a wealth of knowledge in leadership foundations and best practices in business development.
It is essential to develop foundational and modern leadership skills, which can make or break a business culture and employee management. Therefore, during the workshop, Ms. Arias will guide attendees to understand what makes a true leader, especially in the entrepreneurial landscape. In addition, she will discuss modern leadership practices, building solid foundations, understanding and managing human capital, and understanding different leadership styles and they can apply to business owners and their business.
