The Special Closed Session will begin at 7:00 pm while the Special Meeting will begin at 8:00 pm. 

Regular City Council Meetings are held on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of each month at 7:00pm in the City of West Covina Council Chambers located at 1444 West Garvey Avenue South, West Covina.
