Payoff Demands and Reconveyance Requests

If you have a current Housing Loan from the City of West Covina, including a Housing Improvement Loan Program (HILP) loan or a Housing Preservation Loan Program (HPP) loan, and would like to request a payoff demand, please provide the Community and Economic Development (CED) Division with the following information:

  • Name of Homeowner and Address
  • Homeowner's Contact Information
  • A Copy of the Deed of Trust/Grant Deed and/or Preliminary Title Report

Once the City is in receipt of a fully paid off loan, the City will prepare a reconveyance to remove the lien from the property. 

Please email all information to Gerardo Rojas at grojas@westcovina.org.  Once all information is received by our division, please allow 10 business days for your payoff demand request to be processed.
