As part of its long-standing commitment to quality of life and community character, the City of West Covina commissioned an historic resources survey in 2006 intending to identify and document the existing historic resources in the city built prior to 1946. A Historic Context Report, which documents the history of West Covina's built environment and identify periods of significance over the course of West Covina's history, was completed.
