The City of West Covina is delighted to announce that we will be hosting our 2Tnd Annual West Covina Small Business Week (WCSBW) Program. On behalf of the City, we invite you to join us and support our local small businesses and entrepreneurs, and celebrate the big contributions they make to our community.
The City will once again partner with U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA), Small Business Development Center (SBDC) located at University of La Verne and Pasadena City College, SCORE, and Greater West Covina Business Association (GWC) to host this year’s WCSBW.
WCSBW will include the followings events:
- Monday | May 1, 2017 - Award Ceremony & Presentation
- Keynote Speaker: Victor Parker, Los Angeles District Director of SBA
- Panel Presentation: "Small Business Loans" by SBDC
- Sean Snider, Director | University of La Verne SBDC
- Anne Marie, Loan Officer | CDC Small Business Finance (Small Business Lender)
- Time: 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m
- Location: West Covina City Hall (Council Chambers)
- Appetizers will be served
- Raffle Prizes available to lucky winners, including tickets to the "Dream Big, Start Small" Mixer
- Business Expo: West Covina, GWC, SBA, SBDC, SCORE, CDC Small Business Financing, Los Angeles Consumer & Business Affairs, San Gabriel Valley Council of Governments
